Cut flush folders are open across two sides of the sleeve - typically the top and one side. This means they can fold open easily to make document distribution in meetings quicker and are particularly popular for creating document packs that can be handed out for reference. They are also known as slip files as they require no fastening or binding, your paperwork can literally slip in and out of the transparent plastic or manilla sheets. These are particularly useful for grouping together a handful of documents in succession, but for larger document packs or filing needs you would be better suited to Clip Files, Flap Folders, and Part Files.
